A. Any person who abandons a motor vehicle on any public or private property, or otherwise violates this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
B. No person shall permit any abandoned vehicles to remain on his or her premises at any time. (Ord. 923, 3-18-2013)
