6-1-7: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter together with any provision of the traffic act hereby adopted shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and punishable as provided by section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ch. 254, 11-27-1956; amd. 1998 Code)
