The state of Minnesota highway traffic regulations act, being Minnesota statutes chapter 169, together with amendments thereto, is hereby adopted and shall be in full force and effect in the city insofar as the same is applicable to cities in the fourth class and is hereby made a part of this title in its entirety and as fully as though the same were written herein. Three (3) copies of this chapter, including the state of Minnesota highway traffic regulations act, shall be filed by the clerk in the clerk's office for inspection and use of the public and shall be marked with the words "Official Copy, City of Montevideo".
