2-3-3: POWERS:
The Airport Board of Adjustment shall have and exercise the following powers:
   A.   Appeals: To hear and decide appeals from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator in the enforcement of this Chapter and Title 11, Chapter 11 of this Code.
   B.   Special Exceptions: To hear and decide special exceptions to the terms of this Chapter and Title 11, Chapter 11, upon which such Airport Board of Adjustment under such regulations may be required to pass.
   C.   Variances: To hear and decide specific variances. (1998 Code)
