5-5-2: PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY:

It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian or other person having the lawful care, custody or control of any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to allow or permit such person to violate the provisions of section 5-5-1 of this Chapter. (Ch. 276, 3-17-1959)
