5-4-18: DOGS DISTURBING THE PEACE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep, have in possession, or harbor any canine which frequently or habitually howls, yelps or barks to the reasonable annoyance of another person. (Ord. 897, 4-5-2010)
