5-4-17: DOGS AND CATS BELONGING TO NONRESIDENTS:
The sections of this chapter requiring a license shall not apply to nonresidents of the city; provided, that dogs and cats of such owners shall not be kept in the city longer than thirty (30) days without a license and shall be kept under restraint. (Ord. 897, 4-5-2010)
