Unrestrained dogs or cats may be taken by any "officer" as hereinbefore defined and impounded in the city pound and there confined in a humane manner. Impounded dogs and cats shall be kept for five (5) business days unless reclaimed prior to that time by their owner as provided hereafter. A business day is one during which the city offices are open for business to the public. (Ord. 897, 4-5-2010)
