4-5-2: EXCEPTIONS:
The requirements of section 4-5-1 of this chapter, except the noise limitations, shall not apply:
During emergencies declared by the Montevideo City Council, for periods of less than two (2) weeks approved by the City Manager, or during temporary construction work approved by the City Manager. (Ord. 947, 5-7-2018)
