2-1-2: TERMS OF OFFICE:

Unless otherwise provided by State law, the Council shall appoint three (3) Commission members in December of each year. Terms for the Commissioners shall be for three (3) years and begin January 1 and end December 31, or when a successor has been appointed and sworn in, in the applicable year. (1998 Code)
