4-2-7: DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTOR:
The council may, by resolution, designate a garbage and rubbish collector having a proper license from the city as the municipal garbage and rubbish collector. (Ord. 408, 5-17-1971, eff. 7-1-1971)
