The city shall be and hereby is divided into two (2) election districts designated as precincts as follows:
Precinct 1: All that part of the city of Montevideo bounded on the west, north, and east by the corporate limits and bounded on the south by the following described lines: beginning at the eastern corporate limits at Black Oak A venue, thence west along Black Oak A venue to 12th Street; thence South along 12th Street to Lincoln A venue; thence west along Lincoln Avenue to [Ninth] 8th Street; thence north along [Ninth] 8th Street to Eureka A venue; thence west along Eureka A venue and Eureka A venue vacated to First Street; thence north along First Street to Canton A venue, thence west along Canton A venue to the Chippewa River, thence south along the Chippewa River to the corporate limits.
Precinct 2: All that part of the city of Montevideo not in precinct 1. (Ord. 915, 3-19-2012; amd. Ord. 965, 3-21-2022)
