(A) Where required, the developer shall install the necessary sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer facilities in compliance with the rules, regulations, and standards of the town and other appropriate state and federal agencies. Plans shall be approved by the above agencies where required by those agencies. All plan approvals and permits must be obtained prior to secondary approval.
(B) A letter of intent to provide service must be provided from the sewer utility prior to primary approval.
