(A) A 2-foot concrete curb and gutter shall be required or most subdivision streets. No open ditches with side slopes steeper that 3:1 will be allowed. No open ditch shall exceed 3 feet in depth.
(B) Materials, concrete specifications and construction procedure shall comply with § 501 of the Standard Specifications.
(C) Valley gutters which connect gutters and drain across street intersections or driveways are strictly prohibited.
