§ 153.073 BUILDING SETBACK LINE.
   The building setback line shall be regulated by the setback provisions of the Zoning Ordinance applicable to the area proposed to be subdivided. The minimum building setback line shall be measured from the edge of the street right-of-way line but in no instance shall be less than the following:
   (A)   Major Streets: 75 feet.
   (B)   County Local Streets: 50 feet.
   (C)   Subdivision Streets: 25 feet.
   (D)   Cul-de-sac: 25 feet.
