(A) Upon completion of the improvements, the developer shall submit two sets of as-built plans and one copy on compact disk to the Plan Administrator's Office.
(B) The as-built plans shall show the actual locations, invert elevations, specifications, and all materials used for the improvements installed in the subdivision or section thereof. These plans shall be certified by a registered professional engineer or land surveyor.
