§ 153.050 DUTIES AND POWERS OF INSPECTORS.
   (A)   The Construction Inspector shall appoint such person(s) as it deems necessary to accomplish adequate inspection and review of all improvements constructed within the jurisdiction of the town.
   (B)   The Inspector shall perform, but not necessarily be limited to, the following duties:
      (1)   Monitor work being performed to insure that it complies with the standards and specifications of these regulations;
      (2)   Maintain an accurate log of his or her inspections and findings. These logs shall be available at all times to the town's Engineer and Inspector;
      (3)   Issue directive or stop-work orders when necessary to assure compliance with the approved plans and these regulations; and
      (4)   Make reports to the Town Engineer when necessary or when requested.
