§ 153.038 REVIEW BY CERTIORARI OF COMMISSION'S DECISION.
   The primary approval or disapproval of a plat by the Commission or the imposition of a condition on primary approval is a final decision of the Commission that may be reviewed as provided by I.C. 36-7-4-1016.
