(A) The applicant shall submit to the Plan Administrator written application for primary approval on forms available at the Town Municipal Center. This application and 4 blue line or black line prints of the preliminary plan of the proposed subdivision, shall be filed with the Plan Administrator at least 30 days before the meeting at which the Commission is expected to consider the application. If the thirtieth day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or town holiday, then the application deadline is set for the previous working day.
(B) The application shall include a description of all contiguous holdings of the owner with an indication of the portion which is proposed to be subdivided, accompanied by a properly executed affidavit of ownership.
(C) The Plan Administrator shall retain 1 copy of the plans for review.
