§ 152.145 CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   After completion of the project and before final acceptance will be made, 5 “as built” sets of plans, stamped and signed by a registered land surveyor, shall be submitted to the Plan Commission staff for review. These plans shall include all pertinent data relevant to the completed storm drainage and erosion control systems and shall include:
      (1)   All pipe sizes and pipe materials;
      (2)   All invert elevations;
      (3)   All top rim elevations;
      (4)   All structure locations and pipe lengths;
      (5)   All permanent sediment basins and their maintenance provisions;
      (6)   Data and calculations showing detention basin storage volume; and
      (7)   A certified statement on the plans stating the completed storm drainage system substantially complies with construction plans as approved by the Plan Commission. If during preparation of these “as built” plans it is found that the storm drainage system does not substantially comply with the construction plans as approved by the Plan Commission, reapproval must be obtained.
   (B)   All “as built” plans submitted shall be reviewed for compliance within 30 days after submission to the Plan Commission staff. If notice of noncompliance is not given within 30 days of submission of the plans, the plans shall be construed as approved.
