§ 152.117 MAINTENANCE OF EROSION CONTROL MEASURES.
   (A)   All sediment basins and other erosion control measures necessary to meet the requirements of this chapter shall be maintained by the applicant or subsequent landowner. After land disturbing activities cease, and the silt is stabilized, temporary sediment basins and other temporary erosion control measures may be eliminated if their purpose has been fulfilled.
   (B)   Any disturbed soil resulting from removal of the practices shall be stabilized by approved methods.
