All erosion control measures shall meet the design criteria, standards, and specification as outlined in the Field Office Technical Guide of the Soil Conservation Service (SCS of the United States Department of Agricultural (USDA)), the Urban Development Planning Guide of the Hoosier Heartland Resource Conservation and Development Council, and the Indiana Handbook for Erosion Control in Developing Areas of the IDNR - Division of Soil Conservation. These publications are available through the Morgan County Soil and Water Conservation District, the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) offices, the US Government Printing Office, and the IDNR Division of the Soil Conservation. Erosion Control measures shall be identified on the plans using standard symbols (See Appendix A, as is on file in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office).
