§ 152.102 ALLOWANCE FOR SEDIMENTATION.
   Detention basins shall be designed with an additional 6% of available capacity to allow for sediment accumulation resulting from development and to permit the pond to function for reasonable periods between cleanings. Basins should be designed to collect sediment and debris in specific locations so that removal costs are kept to a minimum.
