§ 152.055 SPECIAL HYDRAULIC STRUCTURES.
   Special hydraulic structures such as siphons, stilling basins, or other special structures required to control the flow of water in storm drainage systems, shall be limited to those locations justified by prudent planning and designed with careful and thorough hydraulic engineering analysis subject to approval of the Plan Commission.
