The applicant shall submit to the Commission, drainage calculations detailing runoff before and after the proposed project which demonstrate compliance with this chapter. In addition, the applicant shall submit a set of plans of sufficient detail and clarity to allow the Commission to evaluate project compliance with this chapter. The maximum sheet size shall be 24 inches by 36 inches and as much information as possible should be shown on as few sheets as possible. The plans must be prepared under the supervision of and certified by a registered land surveyor or a professional engineer licensed by the State of Indiana.
