When the Commission determines it is necessary to establish a legal drain, each developer must provide the necessary information and meet the requirements of the 1965 Indiana Drainage Code, as amended, for the establishment of a legal drain. The Commission shall determine the necessary easements for adequate maintenance of any legal drain. This will generally be 75 feet on either side of the centerline of the legal drain.
