§ 152.005 RESERVATION AND APPEAL.
   Upon the adoption of these regulations prescribed by I.C. 36-7-4-701, the Storm Drainage, Erosion, and Sediment Control Ordinance of Monrovia, Indiana, adopted February 10, 1997, as amended, is hereby repealed.
