§ 150.04 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Plan Commission and BZA shall perform all of the duties and responsibilities required of an advisory planning commission or BZA, respectively, by the statutes of the State of Indiana, as well as those duties assigned to it by written order or resolution of the Town Council.
