§ 150.03 VACANCIES.
   If a vacancy occurs among any citizen member of the Plan Commission of BZA, the President of the Town Council shall appoint a member for the unexpired term. If a vacancy occurs among any elected member of the Plan Commission of BZA, the President of the Town Council shall appoint an elected member for the unexpired term.
