§ 150.02 TERMS OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   Two citizen members of the Planning Commission shall initially be appointed for a term of 3 years and 2 citizen members shall be appointed for a term of 4 years. When an initial term expires, each new appointment shall be for a term of 4 years. The term of each citizen member shall expire on the first Monday of January of the third or fourth year, as the case may be, after the year of the member's
appointment. An elected official's term shall be coextensive with the member's term of office, unless the Town Council, at its first regular meeting in any year, appoints another elected official as a replacement.
   (B)   Members of the BZA shall initially be appointed for the following terms of office:
      (1)   One member for a term of 1 year;
      (2)   One member for a term of 2 years;
      (3)   One member for a term of 3 years; and
      (4)   One member for a term of 4 years.
   (C)   When an initial term expires, each new appointment shall be for a term of 4 years. The term of each citizen member shall expire on the first Monday of January of the second, third or fourth year, as the case may be, after the year of the member's appointment.
