(A) An enabling ordinance is now approved allowing liquor and other alcoholic beverages to be served within the corporate limits of the Town of Monrovia by the drink.
(B) Anyone serving liquor or other alcoholic beverages by the drink within the corporate limits must have the proper authority and license granted by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission and be in compliance with other state, federal and local laws through the proper permit and licensing requirements.
