§ 71.52 REGULATION OF EQUIPMENT.
   Any golf cart moved, operated, or driven upon a street, alley, highway, or roadway in the Town of Monrovia in accordance with this subchapter and I.C. 9-21-1-3(a)(14), I.C. 9-21-1-3.3(a), and I.C. 9-21-9 shall have the following equipment permanently affixed to the golf cart:
   (A)   Rear-view mirror;
   (B)   Fully operational brakes;
   (C)   A triangular slow-moving vehicle emblem mounted as near as is practicable to the center of mass and at an approximate height of not less than three and not more than five feet from level ground or pavement surface. The emblem shall be mounted so as to be entirely visible from the rear, day, or night. The emblem and the emblem's position of mounting on the vehicle must meet the specifications established by rules adopted by the Indiana criminal justice institute and I.C. 9-21-9.
   (D)   If a golf cart is operated between sunset and sunrise, the golf cart must be equipped with two operating headlights and two operating taillights that are visible from a distance of not less than 500 feet to the rear.
