§ 71.50 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND POLICY.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to promote public order, safety, and personal responsibility with respect to the operation of golf carts on the streets, roadways, alleys, and highways within the Town of Monrovia, Indiana. All provisions shall be liberally construed consistent with this purpose and policy.
