(a) Street name signs shall be provided at all street intersections, shall be of a type approved by the Street Commissioner and shall be placed according to current specifications.
(b) Street lighting of a type approved by Council shall be provided in all subdivisions.
(c) Street tree planting plans may be submitted to Council for approval, and if approved, such trees shall be planted in accordance with the provisions of applicable ordinances and regulations.
(d) Monuments consisting of steel pins one inch in diameter and not less than thirty inches in length shall be placed at all angle points, points of curves in streets and at intermediate points as required by the Municipality and at all lot corners.
(e) Permanent monuments consisting of stone or concrete thirty-six inches in length and six inches in diameter with a reinforcing bar or pipe cast in the center shall be placed at all block corners and at the intersection of all subdivision boundary lines.
(f) Public areas shall be required as specified by applicable ordinances and regulations.
(g) The subdivider shall enter into an agreement with the Municipality containing a restriction upon the plat whereby the Mayor will not be permitted to issue a building permit for any structure upon any lot within such subdivision until the improvements as specified above have been completed, or satisfactory arrangements have been made with the Municipality for the completion of the improvements. These plat restrictions shall be made a part of all deeds or contracts for any lot within the subdivision.
