(a) Water Supply Required. A water supply serving all lots in any subdivision shall be required.
(b) Public Connection. Where a public water supply is available as determined by the Municipality, every lot in the subdivision shall be provided with a connection thereto.
(c) Private System. Where a public water supply is not available as determined by the Municipality, the subdivider shall be required to construct wells or other private systems subject to approval by the Municipality or County agency having jurisdiction.
(d) Fire Hydrants. Fire hydrants shall be installed in all subdivisions at all street intersections and other points at intervals of not more than 600 feet.
(e) Materials and Specifications. The design and construction of water supplies and fire hydrants as required by these Subdivision Regulations shall be in conformity with current specifications on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
