925.02 SEWER DISTRICT ESTABLISHED.

(a) A sewer district whose boundaries shall be conterminous with the present corporate limits of the Municipality is hereby established and shall be known as Monroeville Sewer District No. 1.

(b) The Clerk-Treasurer shall give notice in the manner provided by law that the plans of sewerage for Monroeville Sewer District No. 1 have been prepared and are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
