Any owner, agent, lessee, tenant or occupant of any commercial, industrial or residential lot or land located within or outside the Village, who applies for permission to connect to the municipal sanitary sewerage system of the Village, shall pay a connection charge in accordance with the following schedule:
For each equivalent residential unit (ERU) As defined by the Ohio EPA Flow Guidelines Attached hereto as Exhibit "A", the minimum Charge shall be: | $500.00 |
