921.04 WATER AND SEWER BILLS COMBINED.

Any person, firm, or corporation which is billed sewer charges pursuant to this chapter is hereby required to pay the aggregate amount of the charges for water consumption and such sewer charges and payment shall not be accepted for one without the other.
