Materials such as asphaltic concrete, gravel, etc., may be used for the temporary repair of curbs, gutters and sidewalks during the winter season provided such repairs are replaced with permanent repairs within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of such temporary repairs, subject to the requirements.
