909.01 COMPLIANCE WITH VILLAGE SPECIFICATIONS.

(a) No person shall construct, replace or repair, or cause to be replaced or repaired, any curbs, gutters or sidewalks on any public rights-of-way within the Village which do not comply with the specifications established by the Village.

(b) The Village Administrator and the Street Superintendent shall be responsible for the development of specifications for the repair and/or installation of curbs, gutters and sidewalks.
