731.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.

(b) The Municipality has the power to bring proceedings at law or in equity for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter or for prevention of violation.
