731.03 BOND REQUIRED.

All operators of oil and gas wells placed into production shall furnish the Municipality a bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) guaranteeing the Municipality that all streets and alleys damaged by the operation of any well or the removal of any oil or gas over the streets and alleys of the Municipality, shall be repaired or restored to their original condition.
