141.03 RULES OF CONDUCT FOR AUXILIARY POLICE.
   (a)   Members shall wear uniforms only while on duty or when attending regular meetings.
   (b)   A member shall maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance and shall conduct himself properly while in public.
   (c)   No firearms shall be carried by an auxiliary member unless issued or authorized by the Chief of Police.
   (d)   No information shall be given to the public which concerns the Police Department.
   (e)   Before going on duty, all auxiliary members shall report to the Police Department, unless ordered otherwise.
   (f)   No more than one auxiliary police officer may ride in a police cruiser at any time, unless so ordered by the Chief of Police or a regular police officer.
   (g)   A member of the auxiliary police unit may ride patrol or have desk duty at the station not more than twice as may hours as he may have duty hours.
   (h)   Any violation of rules or regulations is subject to disciplinary action by the Investigating Committee.
   (i)   An auxiliary member shall only perform the duties assigned him by the officer in charge.
   (j)   When on patrol, an auxiliary member shall never enter a building found open, alone.
   (k)   No member shall accept a bribe.
   (l)   No member shall request or utilize the aid of any person outside the Police Department for the purpose of bettering his position in the organization.
   (m)   No member shall make any false statement.
   (n)   No member shall drink any alcoholic beverage while in uniform nor report to duty with alcohol on his breath.
   (o)   No member shall indulge in any gambling while in uniform or on duty.
