(a) A person owning real property in the Municipality shall keep such real property free and clear from all noxious weeds, and shall cut all such weeds and grass at any time such weeds or grass exceed (6) inches in height or as needed.
(b) Any land that is undeveloped and that is actively being farmed for agricultural purposes is excluded from the cutting provisions of subsection (a) hereof, so long as the land remains cultivated and crops are growing on the land.
(c) Any vacant lot or land that is not being used as provided in subsection (b) hereof, but that was last used for agricultural purposes, is excluded from the cutting provisions of subsection (a) hereof, except that within one hundred (100) feet of the paved portion of any roadway or within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any residential building shall be maintained as provided for in subsection (a) hereof.
(d) No person shall place grass clippings in any village street, or cut their grass or lawn in such a manner so as to allow grass clippings to be deposited on a village street. Penalty shall be as provided in Section 557.99.
