(a) The Village periodically picks up, at the curb, trash, yard waste and limbs. The dates and times of said pickups shall be determined by Council and shall be published accordingly.
(b) It shall be illegal and a nuisance for any person to accumulate trash, yard waste or limbs at the curb, either more than 48 hours before or after the published time and date for the pickup.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
