373.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, shall be fined as provided for in this chapter, and, in addition, the court may prohibit such person from riding a bicycle, motorized bicycle or skateboard for a period not to exceed six months.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter may also be punished by having his or her bicycle, motorized bicycle or skateboard impounded for a period not to exceed five days.
