(a) The area of West Street immediately adjacent to 101 West Street, and directly in front of the Monroeville High School shall be closed for through traffic between the hours of 2:10 p.m. and 2:25 p.m., and between the hours of 3:10 p.m. and 3:25 p.m., Monday through Friday, during which times the Monroeville Schools school buses are loading and unloading.
(b) No person shall operate a motor vehicle in the above described area with the exception of a school bus operator operating a school bus during the above described times, which operator shall be required to be in the bus at the above listed times.
