(a) No Parking. No Person shall park or cause any vehicle to be parked at any time on any of the following streets, or portions thereof, unless otherwise provided in this chapter:
(1) On Williams Street.
(2) On either side of North Street within three parking spaces of the intersection of North Street and Broad Street.
(3) On South Main Street from Manchester to the Municipal corporation limits.
(4) On Sandusky Street
(5) On the south side of Milan Avenue from the intersection of Main Alley to Hamilton Street.
(6) On the north side of Milan Avenue from Main Street to Hamilton Street.
(7) On the south side of Manchester Street from Main Street to Main Alley.
(8) On North and South Ridge Street
(9) On South Main Street from the no parking sign to the railroad tracks.
(10) On either side of North Main Street, except two hour parking shall be allowed from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. in front of the U.S. Post Office and the building located at 2 North Main Street.
(11) On the north side of Monroe Street between Brown Street and the western Municipal corporation limits.
(12) On the south side of Monroe Street from the Municipal corporation limits east to Ridge Street.
(13) The area of the Monroeville Local Schools bus garage on Broad Street as indicated by posted signage.
(14) On the east side of Eagle View Drive (the inside of the crescent).
(15) On the west side of North Street from Broad Street to Hilltop Court.

(b) Limited Parking. No person shall park any vehicle on the following streets, or parts thereof, contrary to this subsection:
On the north side of Monroe Street from Main Street to Brown Street two hour parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On the north side of Monroe Street twenty minute parking from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in front of the bank.
On the south side of Monroe Street from Brown Street to Main Street two hour parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except for the two parking spaces immediately west of Williams Street parking shall be limited to twenty minutes between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
On South Main two hour parking in the business section from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On the west side of West Street no parking from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in front of either the elementary or high school.
On North Main Street two hour parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in front of the U.S. Post Office and Hess Hardware.
On the south side of Monroe Street two hour parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Prentiss Street to Main Street.
