133.04 NOMINAL EXPENDITURES FOR AMENITIES FOR CERTAIN EVENTS.

It is necessary to further public purposes for the Village of Monroeville to make nominal expenditures for the purchase of flowers, planters or other amenities with which to welcome new or expanded businesses to the Village, in an annual amount not to exceed $250 (two hundred fifty dollars).
