133.02 FREE USE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES TO ANY FACILITY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE.

All products and services of the water, sewer and electric systems shall be furnished free of charge to the various departments of the Village when such products are being used for a municipal or public purpose.
